Warren, 1944; wartime rationing and housing shortages; his job as head of the Training Aids Branch and the use of POW labor; Nazi activities inside the POW compound; use of POW labor as household domestic help; POW living conditions; recreational and social activities for the base personnel; birth of their second child, February 11, 1946; his discharge from the Army, June, 1946.
