Phung Huynh (b. 1977) is an artist, educator, activist, and mother based in Los Angeles, California. She was an infant when her family fled Cambodia and Vietnam due to war and genocide. Her family first resettled in Michigan before moving to southern California, where Huynh grew up surrounded by fellow Cambodian refugees.
