She discusses her motivation to empower women in business using her tagline “Women want to be treated equally, not identically.” She discusses the decisions and experiences as a woman in business that led her to open her own company and the challenges she faced. She also discusses the impact of COVID on her business and its effect on business as a whole.

She discussed her role in starting a Women In Business group in the past and currently, as well as how being a woman in a leadership role has changed over the last several decades. She also discusses diversity in the workplace as well as her role as a single mother while working.
